ONLINE SILENT MEDITATION
RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Come sit with me in silence... online. Just like our in-person sessions, I'll begin our time with a short reading, and then ring the bell to begin a time of silence.
Wednedsay & Friday mornings from 8:30 to 9:00
In keeping with recommended physical distancing practices, all in-person services are temporarily suspended. I am offering online psychotherapy by appointment as well as live-stream contemplative practice.
ALL WE HAVE ARE MOMENTS...
... so live them as though not one can be wasted. Inhabit them, fill them with the light of your best good intention, honour them with your full presence, find the joy, the calm, the assuredness that allows the hours and the days to take care of themselves. If we can do that, we have lived.
AND... WE ALL HAVE OUR MOMENTS.
That's why we also have each other.
Connecting with others to discover meaning and find joy in our moments is my passion.
I have found many ways to do this in my life, and I share this experience through my life's work.
